Purchases are primarily governed by our separate Terms & Conditions.

Shipping, returns and pre-orders are also governed by their respective policies.

If there is a conflict concerning a purchase, the more specific sales or product-related term will apply, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.

Hakizoku sells genuine products sourced through trusted distribution channels.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, reproduced or unofficial products as genuine trading card game products.

Trading card products may contain randomised contents.

Unless a particular outcome is expressly guaranteed by the manufacturer and clearly stated on the relevant product page, no particular:

• card;
• character;
• rarity;
• artwork;
• pull rate;
• market value;
• grading result;

is guaranteed.

The random contents of a correctly sealed TCG product are not considered a defect.

10. Permitted Use

You may use the Hakizoku website for lawful purposes including:

• managing your customer account;
• tracking or reviewing orders;
• communicating with Hakizoku.

No licence is granted except the limited right to access and use the website in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Hakizoku name, logo, branding or original website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

13. Independent Retailer and Third-Party Rights Disclaimer

Hakizoku is an independent retailer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hakizoku and AVETIC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Bandai, Bandai Namco, Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, the ONE PIECE franchise, the ONE PIECE Card Game or any associated rights holder, licensor, publisher, studio, creator, manufacturer or distributor.

ONE PIECE, ONE PIECE CARD GAME and all related names, characters, logos, artwork, card designs, product images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on the Hakizoku website is used solely for the lawful identification, description and resale of genuine products and does not imply an official partnership, approval or endorsement.

References to third-party brands do not grant Hakizoku, AVETIC or website users ownership of any third-party intellectual property rights.

14. Reviews and User Content

Where the website allows customers to submit reviews, comments or other content, such content must be honest, lawful and relevant.

You must not submit content that is:

• deceptive;
